🧘‍♂️ Since Step 1 I Hated the Idea of Having a Fixed Schedule

Let Me Introduce U to the World of Minimum Viable Effort

Basically What Tasks Will U Do When Studying?

u wont do all every day

the essential one is qs ofc so build ur minimum viable effort arround it like doing x qs daily then weekly have a goal of reviewing x either by reading or studying but dont stick to fixed days just know that this week i need to review endocrine

By Having This Simple Routine

u have repetitive daily tasks u dont think much about what u will do when wake up u fire up ur uworld block after it if u still have stamina review some content dont make big schedules, u will only feel sad cuz u wont live up to it

By Adopting Minimum Viable Effort

u will be flexible and able to adapt to ur changing schedule in school or internship or whatever life throws at u

<aside> 💡

best thing is when u finish ur minimum daily viable effort do whatever i kept on it till exam day, but ofc it increased near my exam but i still had time to myself and u will feel less guilty in ur break times cuz u did what u needed to do during the day

also this creates a simple routine that u can follow and that can build the habit of studying consistently
